Is the website really built for me?
Yes. You provide the business information and feedback; we handle the layout, styling and build. The package covers a streamlined brochure-style website of up to five core pages.
What does “paid annually” mean?
The annual option is A$468 plus GST, paid upfront for 12 months. That works out to A$39 per month and saves A$240 compared with paying A$59 each month.
Do I own my domain and content?
Your business content remains yours. We will keep clear records for the domain and help with a reasonable transfer if you leave. Any third-party licensing restrictions will be explained before launch.
What counts as a monthly update?
Small text, image, opening-hours or contact-detail changes that take up to 30 minutes in total. New pages, structural changes, custom features or a redesign are quoted separately before work begins.
Can you add bookings, payments or an online store?
Yes, where the project is a good fit. Those features sit outside this essential package, so we will scope and quote them separately rather than hiding the cost in every customer’s monthly fee.
Can TendCall answer enquiries from the website too?
Yes. The website is a low-friction starting point, and TendCall’s enquiry tools can be added separately when you are ready to capture calls, messages and follow-up, not just look good online.
